Exchange Policy

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

STEPS
1.Please make sure the WIG is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut first, and offer the pictures to let us confirm. No  return for wig or lace cut units!
 
2.Please fill in the return & exchange form to request a return within 48 hours since yoou sign for your goods. No return for applications after 48 hours.
 
3.After the return request has been authorized , ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we gave you . You should offered us the receipt or the tracking No. of the return at the same time.
 
TIPS
1.Customized product including but not limited to hair color, cap size and lace is not eligible for return.
 
2.20% handling fee (including original shipping and restocking) of your order will be deducted from your payment.
 
3.You are responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $10 for U.S. customers.
 
4.Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund since the unit is delivered.


5.No return for hair extensions,wig clearance.

6.We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission. All losses caused by it shall be borne by you.

 

Exchange Policy

STEPS

4.Any excess payment shall be refunded and deficiency shall be repaid for exchanged units.
 
5.15% restocking fee will be applied to the second-time exchange process.

Order cancellation

1. Contact our customer service to cancel your order within 24h;

2. No cancellation accepted if the wig has been shipped out;

3. 15% handling fee will be charged for any cancellation customized products.


Repair policy
STEPS
1.Contact our customer service first to let us make sure whether it can be repaired
 
2.After the repair request has been authorized , ship the wigs to the address we gave you. You should offered us the receipt or the tracking No. of the package at the same time.
 
3.Please include the message of your repair requirements in the package.
 
TIPS
1.The free repair policy applies to ONLY full lace wigs
 
2.It's one time right.
 
3.It's valid within THREE months since your unit is delivered.
 
4.The repair time is 30-36 business days
 
5.You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $10 for U.S. customers.
 
6.The repairing services worths $40-$100
 
7.We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission. All losses caused by it shall be borne by you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@prettyluxhair.com.
